What do you mean? If you're asking about my critique - it's just critique, you don't have to apply it, and you can upload whatever version you want. If you mean you're having trouble actually uploading the file, then I'm not sure what could be wrong.

I count 4 reds in your palette, plus a 5th red that's not in the palette.
The 5th red appears for just two pixels on the trousers and is nigh-identical to the main red of the trousers, seems like an oversight. So, that's really 15 colours total, if you clean up that stray red :D
Your shadow red on the trousers is almost identical to the darker red you use elsewhere, why not merge the two? Even zoomed in, they're hard to tell apart.
The two remaining reds, the main trouser red and the armour red, are distinct but very similar. Why not use the same one? They don't overlap anywhere, and using the same colours helps unify designs.
In short, you only need two reds.

Your other colour usage is fairly economical, so it's strange to see so many similar reds xP
Also, it looks like you accidentally put in some transparent pixels on her foot, near her thigh, and on her shoulder armour.

This is all pretty nitpicky, by the way. There's nothing inherently wrong with using a bunch of similar colours, and your piece looked good before and looks good now. However, reusing colours can help unify a piece, and helps you make sure everything is readable - it's easy to fool oneself into thinking things are distinct when you're zoomed in and using two slightly different colours, when at 1x things blend together in a confusing way.
And of course, in addition to all that, clever colour reuse is one of the fun things about pixel art.

One last nitpick: I think the skin shadow colour could benefit from contrasting a little more from the main skin colour. At 1x, it's almost invisible.

You have a whole bunch of different reds in this piece, but they don't really look any different from each other. Where they're not juxtaposed, they may as well be the same red. Where you do have red on red detail, the details aren't even visible without zooming in to 4x or so.

When you find yourself with multiple versions of the same colour that are all slightly different from each other, consider merging them, or differentiating them more. Arranging your colours as a palette like you did really helps find such problem areas.

Also, this has 20 colours, not 16. You forgot to include some of the colours in your palette, and you forgot to count transparency.
