The Yeti (/ˈjɛti/)[3] or Abominable Snowman (Nepali: हिममानव himamānav, lit. "mountain man") is an ape-like cryptid

a cryptid (from the Greek κρύπτω, krypto, meaning "hide") is an animal or plant

Yep.

Well the wheels can be 2px as they are now thinner than the headlights :/

I did not see much banding but then again I'm not that critical of banding as so many others seem to be.

Thu gave me a hint about the size size of a snow so I changed it and now I have the last question which variant would you choose?

I thought the other stars were ok and these are good too.
Because its a toony pixel then the stars can be 'flat' as you have them.
Ideally, whenever any stars are drawn in a pixel even if toony its always makes for a better picture if you can cluster the stars and have as many sizes as possible either by actual size or by brightness of the stars.
In this case because you don't have that many options you can make a mix of the too and be as random as possible with some 'chaos'.
Make sense?

oh! then that's not good as they read as stars all the time.
This is mostly because no snowflake is over the characters or the sign to read as foreground.
Maybe you can bump up the 2nd version flakes and make 1 or 2 more snowflaky even if a little bit bigger so the viewer understands and reads as snow. Maybe place one over the sign and another over the red scarf too so its even clearer?

Weekly challenges can do this to us.
The pinkish tone is especially WIPish and because its a unique color in your palette it stood out for me.
