It's April (or at least close enough to it), so apparently that means it's time to fool people.

Also, please keep it clean.

Canvas Size - Max 150 x 150.
Colours - Max 20.
Transparency - Optional.
Animation - Required. Exactly two frames.

@RoCroft, You have to clean those lines. Also you are using 8 colors but hardly any of them show up. Increase the contrast in your palette.

See and review cure's pixelart and the noobtorial threads in the resource section if you have not already.

This is my idea, I hope the two frames are distinct enough, for as you  can see the only change is that "she" closes her fan

@Mino, I hadn't thought of that, but you are right!

I might still change a few things, here and there...

@Otto, I like your idea for the most part but have some crits.
*The corner of the face with the fan over it maybe should be in the reds because she's just hiding not morphing.
*The highlight of the chest is very harsh on the left side...right side too but not that much.
*The hair to face without fan looks wrong to me. Maybe a bit of ears or some hair in the back will better set the face.
* Something is just unladylike with the whole neck area, or lack of neck area.
* The ruffles in the elbows look different in that one reads scalloped and the other straight edged.
* Because of the period depicted maybe a fleur-de-lys would be better than hearts in the BG?
* WHAT IS THAT GREEN AA COLOR FOR? o.O

@jalonso  Thanks a lot for the feedback! I have made a new version considering what you said.
I have opened the fan a little bit more to completely hide the face
I am not sure what you mean by the chest, I have changed a bit the colours, do you mean that it is too light?
I have changed a bit the hair to set the face better, I have seen in images that those wigs had often hair hanging over the ears, so I added that.
I have tried to correct the neck area
And the ruffles
I prefer hearts just to make fun (I want to entitle it something like "kiss me")
And finally, yes, I do have a problem with AA between different colours, I never know how to do it (I just put one of the shades of blue instead of green)
 Here is the picture

Much nicer :)
I meant the highlight/light edge on the triangle part of her dress.
The point of that triangle is not quite where the center would really be (maybe 10 px to the left). Also you have made a diamond pattern that also does not follow the curvature so those things make that light/highlight stand out a lot.
I see about the BG and you are right.

That's what I meant :D
Why the pink in the border of frame 2?
I think the 2nd frame could use being up for less time, try half.
