Canvas Size - Maximum 320 (width) x 200 (height).
Colors - Exactly 16. Use the commodore 64 palette:

Animation - No.
Transparency - No.

The challenge thread will have all the challenge updates. The thread is also a great place to post your WIPs.

The link  in the challenge description explains the c64 graphic modes and their restrictions.

( The widepixels one is MultiColor Mode, and restricts you to the wide pixels and 4 different colors per 8 by 8 block, and one out of those 4 has to be the same one throughout the entire piece. )

Are the C64 restrictions wide pixels?

Don't worry, Larwick, if all goes as planned then hopefully my clown will put a smile on your face :D

Goin' for humor in this one... after all, that's what clowns are supposed to do :)

I hope not everyone makes emo, depressive or insane clowns. It's so overdone these days, i wanna see happy ones (and not crazily happy). That gives me an idea actually... then again, i'll probs never get around to it.

I want to do a room full of clowns, but all the clowns are murdering each other. That's the only way I could stand to make a picture of a clown.

Loving this one, I've never worked with C64 before.  It's a bitch to AA Yellow.  Fun stuff, nice idea Lollige!
Dogmeat:
I like the idea, and the palette and subject work well together.  Admittedly they are creepy, but it doesn't have to be your typical clown.  I'm going to try and go for something more thought-provoking, at least I'll try.

Just noticed the no animation allowed

There goes my plan to use two frames to try and achieve MCI Mode.
