i think that the reason it's coz if they try to move on something legal coz they're using thir sprite.. it'ld be easier to solve it in the US... coz they're there but oh well..

with these rules they rule 90& of PJ out, since the most are such a fan of the nintendo devices (for example see here) and well... me hates playstation cause its too popular, expensive and the worst (and least) racing games are found on the PS
